Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS) announced that it will begin distributing cash dividends to its shareholders on 19 December 2019.
Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) will distribute dividends to the shareholders through direct transfers to their bank accounts linked to investment portfolios, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Thursday.
Back in October, the company's board of directors recommended distributing cash dividends at 10% or SAR 1 per share to shareholders for the first half (H1) of 2019, at a total value of SAR 16 million.
It is worth noting that MIS net profits more than doubled during H1-19 to SAR 24.74 million.
