Dubai – Mubasher: Al Mazaya Holding’s subsidiary, Al Mazaya Real Estate Company – Oman, said Monday that it has awarded a contract worth OMR 5.69 million ($14.7 million) to Al Hajiry Trading LLC for the construction, execution, delivery and maintenance of the Mazaya Residence project in Muscat, Oman.
The contract period is 22 months, according to a statement.
“Al Mazaya Residences is the company’s second investment in Oman. It is a well-integrated and distinguished residential oasis, providing apartments in modern, unique designs,” Ibrahim Al Soqabi, group CEO, Al Mazaya Holding, said.
