Mubasher: Al Mazaya Holding sold 436,810 shares in First Dubai for 50 fils each, totalling KWD 21,840 ($72,500), according to a statement to Boursa Kuwait on Monday.
On Monday, Boursa Kuwait announced that Al Mazaya sold around 1.5 million of its shares in First Dubai for 50.024 fils each, totalling KWD 75,000.
Al Mazaya Holding owns 62.08% in First Dubai, while Mezzan Combined for General Trading owns 28.21% of the company, according to the bourse’s website.
First Dubai’s capital amounts to KWD 100 million, spread across 1 billion shares at a nominal value of 100 fils each, along with 1.24 million treasury stocks.
