Riyadh – Mubasher: Naseej International Trading Company’s board approved the appointment of Abdulsalam bin Abdullah Al Manei as an independent member to fill a vacant seat.
The appointment, made following a recommendation from the Remuneration and Nominations Committee, is effective from 1 October 2026.
Al Manei will serve for the remainder of the current board term, which is scheduled to conclude on 15 July 2028. He brings over 30 years of experience across the public and private sectors, including nearly 10 years as Undersecretary for Commercial Affairs at the Ministry of Commerce.
His professional background includes 20 years at local and international firms such as Almarai and Advanced Electronics Company.
The appointee holds a bachelor's degree in information systems from King Saud University, obtained in 1996, and a master's degree in management from the University of Leicester, completed in 2009.
The board's decision remains subject to approval by the company’s shareholders at the next General Assembly meeting.
