Riyadh-Mubasher: Abdullah Abdul Mohsen Al Khodari Sons Co. decided to withdraw its rights issue application from the Capital Market Authority (CMA), due to current market conditions, the company said in a bourse statement on Monday.
Al Khodari is expected to re-submit the application to the market regulator in 2016, it added.
The company had planned to raise its capital through offering rights issue shares worth SAR 500 million.
