Riyadh-Mubasher: Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. said it submitted on Tuesday its capital increase application to the Capital Markets Authority (CMA), according to a bourse statement posted on Tuesday.
The company plans to raise its capital through a SAR 500 million rights issue, and has appointed GIB Capital as the financial advisor for the process.
