Riyadh – Mubasher: Abdullah Abdul Mohsen Al Khodari Sons has terminated the contract of CEO, Ali Hussein Al Busaleh, starting 28 July 2021, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
In a separate disclosure, Al Khodari announced the appointment of Mohamed Suleiman Al Oraini as the new CEO during the company’s transitional phase of restructuring the executive management.
Al Oraini has been officially assuming the CEO position as of 29 July 2021.
