Riyadh – Mubasher: The shareholders of Al Khaleej Training and Education Company gave a nod for distributing SAR 0.25 per share, representing 2.5% of the share’s nominal value, as a cash dividend for 2020.
The company will pay a total of SAR 11.25 million to the entitled shareholders, according to a filing to Tadawul on Wednesday.
Al Khaleej Training will later announce the date of the dividend distribution.
The company had planned last year to acquire a portfolio of educational firms owned by private funds that were managed by Alkhabeer Capital through a non-binding Memorandum of understanding (MoU).
