Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Kathiri Holding Company has inked a framework agreement with Saaf Financial to provide specialized advisory services focused on strategic review and capital allocation efficiency.
The contract, signed on 23 September 2026, aims to enhance the performance of the company’s investment portfolio through a structured two-phase approach.
The first phase of the agreement involves a strategic diagnosis and evaluation of the company’s existing business operations and investment portfolio.
The second phase will focus on the formulation of a comprehensive corporate strategy and a capital allocation framework.
Saaf Financial is a capital market institution licensed by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) under license number 32-26337.
The contract has a duration of 24 months and does not carry any immediate financial obligations or fees. Al Kathiri Holding stated that any future fees will be determined through a separate appendix, at which point the financial impact will be disclosed.
The agreement was approved by the board of directors on 23 September and remains subject to termination by either party via written notice. No related parties were involved in the transaction.
Earlier this month, the listed company appointed Saaf Financial as its financial advisor to manage the company’s proposed capital increase. This followed a previous recommendation by the board of directors on 7 September 2026 to raise the company's capital by SAR 150 million through a rights issue.
