Al Jouf Cement announces higher losses in Q1-26; revenues hit SAR 40m

Riyadh – Mubasher: The net losses of Al Jouf Cement Company widened by 41.80% to SAR 21.60 million in the first quarter (Q1) of 2026 from SAR 15.23 million in Q1-25.

At the end of March 2026, revenues plunged by 41.32% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 40.19 million from SAR 68.49 million, according to the interim financial results.

The loss per share stood at SAR 0.20 in Q1-26, compared to SAR 0.14 a year earlier.

Al Jouf Cement reported accumulated losses amounting to SAR 152.44 million as of 31 March 2026.

Quarterly, the losses incurred in Q1-26 shrank by 84.87% from SAR 142.82 million in Q4-25, while the sales retreated by 22.76% from SAR 52.04 million.

In 2025, Al Jouf Cement suffered 644.88% YoY higher net losses at SAR 206.56 million.
