Riyadh – Mubasher: The equityholders of Al Hammadi Company for Development and Investment gave the green light for distributing SAR 0.5 per share as a cash dividend for 2020, according to a bourse disclosure on Thursday.
Accounting for 5% of the share’s nominal value, the dividend payout will total SAR 60 million.
Al Hammadi will disburse the cash dividends as of 31 May to the entitled shareholders.
During 2020, the listed company achieved a net profit of SAR 130.83 million.
