Riyadh – Mubasher: The net profits attributable to the shareholders of Al Hammadi Holding hit SAR 56.24 million in the first quarter (Q1) of 2026, an annual drop of 23.92% from SAR 73.93 million.
The revenues grew by 5.70% to SAR 319.09 million as of 31 March 2026 from SAR 301.88 million in Q1-25, according to the interim financial results.
In the first three months (3M) of 2026, the earnings per share (EPS) retreated to SAR 0.35 from SAR 0.46 a year earlier.
Quarterly, the net profits climbed by 3.99% from SAR 54.08 million in Q4-25, while the revenues declined by 6.01% from SAR 339.50 million.
Cash Dividends
The group’s board members recommended cash dividends valued at SAR 32 million, equivalent to SAR 0.20 per share, to 160 million eligible shares.
Eligibility and distribution dates for the Q1-26 dividends will be 1 and 14 June, respectively.
Last year, Al Hammadi Holding posted lower net profits at SAR 241.86 million, compared to SAR 338.80 million in 2024.
