Riyadh - Mubasher: Al Hammadi Holding and Arabian Centres Company (Cenomi Centers) have appointed new board leadership, according to two separate disclosures.
Al Hammadi Holding named Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al Hammadi as the Chairman and Mohammed bin Saleh Al Hammadi as the Vice Chairman and Managing Director.
The board members greenlighted the two appointments on 21 June 2025, following the general assembly’s meeting that was held on 6 June.
Al Hammadi Holding’s new board term begins on 22 June 2025 and will run until 21 June 2029.
Cenomi Centers
The Saudi mall operator announced Fawaz bin Abdulaziz Alhokair as the Chairman, while Salman bin Abdulaziz Alhokair took over the role of Vice Chairman.
The two official assumed their roles for a new board term that commenced on 17 June 2025 and is set to end on 18 June 2029.
In the first quarter (Q1) of 2025, Al Hammadi Holding recorded 15.44% higher net profit at SAR 73.93 million, compared with SAR 64.04 million in Q1-24.
As of 31 March 2025, Cenomi Centers reported a net profit of SAR 222.70 million, reflecting a 19.98% year-on-year (YoY) increase from SAR 185.60 million.
