Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai-based conglomerate Majid Al Futtaim Group inaugurated the first phase of expanding Ajman City Centre that will add 50 stores and restaurants which cover an available area of 34,000 square metres for leasing.
The expansions in various shopping malls will create job opportunities for the citizens, said Fuad Mansoor Sharaf, the senior director in Majid Al Futtaim Properties.
After completing the expansions, the capacity of cars’ parking areas in Ajman City Centre rose to 1,800 cars, according to Al-Ittihad newspaper.
The Middle East operator of French retailer Carrefour SA invested about AED 643 million in expanding Ajman City Centre which will be completed in 2019.
