Al Dawaa Medical Services generates SAR 6.7bn revenue in 2025, unveils dividends for Q4

Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Dawaa Medical Services Company achieved an increase of 4.37% in revenue to SAR 6.73 billion in 2025 when compared with SAR 6.45 billion in 2024.

The Saudi medical company attributed the annual rise in sales to “resilient growth in the retail segment, which increased by 3%, alongside strong above-market expansion in the distribution and logistics segments, which grew by 24.8% and 43%, respectively.”

Meanwhile, the net profits to the shareholders of the company declined by 8.44% to SAR 321.75 million in 2025 from SAR 351.40 million a year earlier, according to a bourse filing.

The earnings per share (EPS) also decreased to SAR 3.79 in 2025 from SAR 4.13 in 2024.

Cash Dividends

The board of Al Dawaa Medical Services decided, during its 3 May 2026 meeting, to distribute cash dividends totaling SAR 53.55 million for Q4-25.

The company will disburse SAR 0.63 per share, equivalent to 6.30% of the share nominal value, for 85 million eligible shares.

Furthermore, the eligibility and payment dates will be 10 and 20 May 2026, respectively.

It is worth noting that the board decided in its February meeting to distribute SAR 53.55 million worth of dividends for Q3-25.

In the first nine months (9M) of 2025, Al Dawaa Medical Services posted net profits of SAR 260.80 million and revenue worth SAR 5.05 billion.
