Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Ashghal Al Moysra Company the award of a project from the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu valued at SAR 1.97 million, including value-added tax.
The company expects to formally sign the contract on 10 November 2026, according to a bourse filing.
Meanwhile, the contract was officially awarded on 22 September 2026, following a competitive bidding process for specialized industrial services.
Under the terms of the agreement, the company will provide comprehensive operation and management services for the Royal Commission's warehouses located in Yanbu, similar to another project contract valued at SAR 6.30 million.
This project aligns with the company’s strategy to expand its service portfolio within Saudi Arabia’s major industrial hubs.
Al Ashghal Al Moysra further confirmed that there are no related parties involved in this transaction.
The financial impact of the contract is expected to be reflected in the company's upcoming financial statements following the commencement of operations.
