UAE – Mubasher: Real estate transactions in Ajman increased by over 41% year-on-year (YoY) to AED 2.06 billion in March 2025, according to Emirates News Agency (WAM).
Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, indicated that the emirate recorded 1,025 real estate transactions in March.
The trading volume amounted to AED 1.03 billion, with Al Heliow 1 recording the highest property sale at AED 43 million.
Al Muhairi noted that March also witnessed 156 mortgage transactions amounting to AED 299 million.
Meanwhile, the highest mortgage value was registered in the "Al Nuaimiya 3" area at AED 40 million.
