Agthia Group’s net profits jump 12.5% in Q1-26; revenues surpass AED 1.3bn

Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Agthia Group achieved 3.30% year-on-year (YoY) higher revenues at AED 1.32 billion in the first quarter (Q1) of 2026, compared to AED 1.28 billion.

The company registered net profits valued at AED 96.88 million in the January-March 2025 period, marking an annual rise of 12.50% from AED 86.11 million, according to the financial results.

Basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) climbed to AED 0.11 as of 31 March 2026 from AED 0.09 in Q1-25.

The Managing Director and CEO of Agthia, Salmeen Alameri, commented: “In a complex regional context, we responded with agility, maintained uninterrupted supply, and continued to manage our operations with focus and consistency.”

He added: “At the same time, the transformation actions underway across the group are beginning to translate more clearly into performance, supporting improved operating efficiency, stronger margin delivery, and a more resilient earnings profile.”

At the end of December 2025, the group’s net profits hit AED 100.59 million, while the revenues amounted to AED 4.84 billion.
