Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait announced that trading activity on the stock of Agility Public Warehousing has resumed on Sunday, 29 July, following the news confirming its possible investment in Abraaj Group.
Agility mulls investing in the UAE Abraaj in line with studying all the available investment opportunities to achieve the goals of the company and its shareholders.
Agility has confirmed its compliance to disclosing any developments in this regard within the laws and regulations by the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) and other official entities.
Agility, which is listed on both Boursa Kuwait and the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), noted that it will disclose any financial development from its possible investment in Abraaj.
At the stock level, Agility reached 830 fils by 9:52 am Kuwait time in Boursa Kuwait, while it rose by 14.9% to be the top winner in the DFM.
