Mubasher: Agility Infrastructure Holding has been established as a Kuwaiti closed company by five founders, as reported by Al Rai Newspaper.
The shareholders include Agility Public Warehousing, PWC Technology for Computers and Scrap Real Estate Co.
Agility Infrastructure has a capital of KWD 2.1 million ($7 million) distributed on 20.1 million shares.
