Riyadh – Mubasher: Advanced Petrochemical Company achieved net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 265 million during the second quarter (Q2) of 2021, higher by 70.9% than SAR 155 million in Q2-20.
Revenues increased by 48% to SAR 769 million in Q2-21 from SAR 519 million in Q2-20, according to the unaudited financial results for the period ended on 30 June 2021.
Quarter-on-quarter (QoQ), Advanced Petrochemical’s net profits in Q2-21 were higher by 54.9% than SAR 171 million in Q1-21.
Revenues in the April-June 2021 period grew 21.6% QoQ from SAR 632 million in Q1-21.
As for the first six months of 2021, the company’s net profits totalled SAR 436 million, up 68% from SAR 259 million in the same period in 2020.
Earnings per share stood at SAR 2.014 in the January-June 2021 period, compared to SAR 1.198 in the corresponding six months in 2020.
Revenues soared 32.9% to SAR 1.4 billion in the first half (H1) of 2021 from SAR 1.05 billion in H1-20.
