Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of directors of Advanced Petrochemical Company has appointed Khalifa bin Abdullatif bin Abdullah Al Mulhem as the company’s chairman.
Waleed Mohammad Abdullah AlJaafari was hired as the company’s vice-chairman, according to the company’s filing to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Monday.
The decision will become effective for a three-year period, starting 1 October.
