Riyadh — Mubasher: Adeer Real Estate Company announced that its shareholders elected a new board of directors for the upcoming four-year term during a meeting held on 28 September 2026, according to a bourse filing.
The newly elected board began its session on 4 October 2026 and is scheduled to conclude on 3 October 2030.
Using cumulative voting, shareholders appointed five members, namely Abdulrahman Ayed Farhan Al Qahtani, Mutaib bin Hamad Al Saad Al Qahtani, Ibrahim Mohammed Shaye Al Qahtani, Abdullah Mohammed Abdullah Al Qahtani, and Obaid bin Saad bin Obaid Al Sharif.
The election results showed that 97.93182% of the votes were distributed among the candidates, while 2.06818% of the votes were abstentions.
No opposing votes were recorded for the board appointments.
Meanwhile, the assembly was attended by the chairman, vice chairman, and heads of the audit and nomination committees to oversee the transition to the new governance cycle.
