Adeer Real Estate names Chairman, Managing Director for 4-year term

Riyadh — Mubasher: Adeer Real Estate Company has appointed its leadership for a new board of directors’ term following its first meeting held on 4 October 2026.

The appointments follow the results of the ordinary general meeting (OGM) conducted on 28 September, where shareholders elected the board for a four-year term.

The board of directors approved the appointment of Abdulrahman Ayedh Farhan Al Qahtani, a non-executive member, as Chairman of the Board.

Meteb bin Hamad Al Qahtani, an executive member, was appointed as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of the company.

The new board term officially commenced on 4 October 2026 and is scheduled to conclude on 3 October 2030.

In addition to the primary leadership roles, the board confirmed the appointment of the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Saudi Tadawul.

A Secretary of the Board was also designated during the session to oversee governance and administrative functions for the duration of the new term.

As of 30 June 2026, the company recorded 3.38% higher net profits at SAR 70.64 million, compared to SAR 68.33 million a year earlier.
