Riyadh — Mubasher: Academy of Learning Company recently released its Sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) report for the fiscal year (FY) ended on 30 June 2026, according to a bourse filing.
The report details the company’s strategic alignment with Saudi Vision 2030, focusing on digital transformation, waste management, and social responsibility.
The disclosure highlighted significant operational achievements, including an 83% reduction in the operational carbon footprint of its call centers through cloud migration.
The company also reported a Platinum-tier Saudization rate of 85% for 2026.
Female empowerment remains a core metric, with women representing 70.95% of the total workforce and over 55% of senior supervisory and leadership positions.
In terms of educational infrastructure, Academy of Learning noted investment lease contracts for educational complexes in Riyadh and Al Khobar valued at SAR 332.40 million and SAR 210 million, respectively.
Furthermore, the academy provided training programs valued at SAR 9 million for Ministry of Education employees.
The report also confirmed the successful execution of 8,030 virtual meetings between May 2025 and May 2026, alongside the introduction of 22 new diplomas to its curriculum.
