Riyadh — Mubasher: Academy of Learning Company issued a clarification regarding its previous announcement on 30 September, concerning the publication of the board of directors' annual report for the fiscal year (FY) that ended in June 2026.
The company stated that the publication of the report was specifically intended to satisfy the regulatory requirements for transitioning from the Parallel Market (Nomu) to the Main Market (TASI).
Management confirmed that there is no financial impact resulting from this clarification. The move is part of the company's ongoing efforts to meet the necessary listing standards for the Saudi Exchange's primary platform.
