Mubasher: The stock of Abyaar Real Estate Development on Sunday went up 2.31% or 0.6 fils to reach 26.6 fils by 12:02 pm Kuwait time, hitting its highest level in four months.
The real estate segment edged up 0.1% in line with the positive performance of both the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices which rose 0.21% and 0.13%, respectively.
Abyaar Real Estate’s stock is heading for its second target level at 26.8 fils after it has reached 26 fils as a first level, capital market analyst Jarrah Al Hindy stated.
The stock is being supported at 24.5 fils and 23.9 fils, respectively, the analyst noted.
The stock’s trading volume formed 10.7% of Boursa Kuwait’s total of 83.92 million traded shares, while its liquidity accounted for 2.4% of the total KWD 10.17 million turnover.
