Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The number of completed properties in the emirate of Abu Dhabi increased by 5% year-on-year to 2,181 during the first six months 2018 from 2,080, Statistics Centre Abu Dhabi’s (SCAD) reported on Tuesday.
Residential buildings acquired 84.5% of the total buildings implemented in the UAE’s capital and biggest sheikhdom in the January-June period with 1,844 properties, the SCAD added.
Public facilities’ buildings amounted to 86, followed by 73 industrial properties, 118 residential and commercial facilities, and 47 commercial buildings.
Al Ain region completed about 1,212 buildings during H1-18, representing 55% of the total, followed by 869 in Abu Dhabi region, and 100 in Al Dhafra.
