Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Abu Dhabi’s Crown Prince Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed issued a resolution to merge International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC) and Mubadala Development Company (Mubadala).
A joint committee, chaired by UAE Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, will be created to oversee the merger of both companies, according to Abu Dhabi’s Government Communication Office.
The two companies will continue to operate independently until the committee concludes its assignment.
