UAE - Mubasher: The total value of Abu Dhabi banks' investments in debt securities reached AED 19 billion during the first nine months of 2020, the Emirates News Agency (WAM) reported.
Abu Dhabi banks' cumulative balance of debt securities increased to AED 201.5 billion by the end of September, according to the latest statistics by the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE).
In August, the balance of Abu Dhabi banks' investments in bonds rose to AED 201.8 billion in August, compared to AED 199.7 billion in July.
It is noteworthy to mention that by the end of 2019, the balance of Abu Dhabi bank's investments in bonds recorded AED 182.5 billion.
