Riyadh – Mubasher: Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Company has announced an interim cash dividend distribution, equivalent to 20% of the capital, for the first half (H1) of 2021.
The cash dividend distribution stands at SAR 2 per share, aggregating at a total value of SAR 180 million, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
The company's board has set the distribution date for 22 September 2021.
It is noteworthy to mention that during H1-21, the company registered a decline of 53% in net profits after Zakat and tax to SAR 105.61 million from SAR 224.8 million in H1-20.
