Dubai – Mubasher: Aan Digital Services Co, dually listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) and Boursa Kuwait, announced the approval for the new board of directors during a meeting held on Sunday, 22 December.
The firm appointed Ali Mohammad Al Shuraidah as the board’s chairman, and Sheikh Ahmad Dawoud Salman Al Asbah as the deputy chairman, according to a recent statement.
The company’s shareholders also elected Sara Ali Al Shamali and Faisal Abdulrahman Al Hatem as directors, and Mohammed Ghazi Sa’diah as a director and CEO.
It is noteworthy to highlight that on 9 June, Aan Digital disclosed reshuffling its boards of directors.
