Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: AXA Green Crescent Insurance Company said its board of directors will hold a meeting on 17 October 2016.
The meeting will discuss the de-registration of Dubai Healthcare City branch, in addition to opening a branch at Abu Dhabi immigration office.
The meeting will also discuss the delegation of authority to CEO to conduct negotiation and submit biding offer to SCB.
