Mubasher: The Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) set 31 July 2016 as the final date for listed companies to reveal their financial results for the first half of the year, according to a statement issued on Wednesday.
The ASE stressed the deadline of receiving the reviewed semiannual reports, and said it will suspend the shares of the breaching companies for one trading session, by virtue to the provisions of Article 27 of the Listing Directives, so as to protect the investors in Jordan securities market.
ASE ended Wednesday’s session in the green, going up 0.54% (11.33 points) closing at 2110.35 points.
