ANB gets shareholders' nod on H2 dividend payout

Riyadh-Mubasher: Arab National Bank (ANB) said its extraordinary general meeting, held on 24 March, approved cash dividends for the second half of 2015 at 5.5% of capital, or SAR 0.55 a share.

Shareholders of record on 24 March are eligible for the second-half dividends. The payout will start on 7 April.

ANB posted earnings of SAR 1.36 billion for H2-15, a fall of 1.3% compared with SAR 1.38 billion in the same period of 2014.
