Riyadh – Mubasher: Osool & Bakheet Investment Company will distribute cash dividends of SAR 0.39 per unit to the unitholders of AL Maather REIT Fund, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Monday.
The total amount of dividends that will be distributed for the financial period ending on 31 December 2020 is around SAR 23.93 million, representing 3.9% of the unit’s initial price and a 4.3% ratio of net assets value.
The eligibility of dividends will be to the unitholders who are registered in the unitholder register by the closing of Thursday 18 March, while the distribution is set to take place within 15 days from the eligibility date.
