Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) will list Emirates Telecommunications Group's (Etisalat) EUR 1 billion bonds under the issuer's medium-term note programme starting Monday, 14 June 2021.
The listing of two-tranche bonds is subject to the Securities and Commodities Authority's (SCA) board decision No.17 of 2014 concerning the regulations of bond, according to a press release on Tuesday.
This resolution shall be circulated to the SCA, all departments at ADX, and all brokers.
It is noteworthy to mention that in early May 2021, Etisalat completed the issuance of seven and 12-year bonds valued at EUR 1 billion under its established Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) Programme worth $10 billion.
