Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) has decided to list Abu Dhabi Ports Company's medium-term bonds worth $1 billion starting from 3 June 2021.
Under the issuer's euro medium-term programme (EMTN programme), the bonds will be listed in one tranche as per the attached pricing term sheet, according to a press release on Sunday.
It is noteworthy to mention that in April 2021, Abu Dhabi Ports issued ten-year bonds valued at $1 billion under the EMTN programme, which will be listed on the London Stock Exchange and ADX.
