Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) announced that the Insiders' Trading Prohibition period starts on Wednesday 16 June 2021.
The prohibition period will continue pending the full disclosure of the second quarter (Q2) financial statements, according to a market announcement.
In addition, ADX revealed that the resolution will be circulated to the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), all listed companies, all departments at ADX, as well as all ADX accredited brokers and investors.
