Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) closed Sunday’s trading session on a negative note as the main index declined by 3.62% to 4,723.82 points, it lowest level in nine months, since mid-May of last year.
Market capitalization retreated by around AED 17.05 billion to AED 497.56 billion from AED 514.61 billion in the previous session on Thursday.
A total of 79.67 million shares were traded at a turnover of AED 185.50 million.
Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) headed the decliners with 9.37%, while Emirates Telecommunications Group (Etisalat) topped the losing blue chips with a 3.16% slump.
