Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The benchmark index of Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) started Thursday’s session with negative performance in line with the fall of four sectors.
The main index levelled down by 0.23% or 10.8 points to reach 4,457.11 points by 10:40am UAE time.
ADX’s energy sector was the top decliner with a fall of 1.06%, dragged by Dana Gas which decreased by 1.82%.
The real estate segment edged down by 0.3% in line with the 0.4% fall of Aldar Properties. Similarly, the telecom segment retreated by 0.27%, affected by Etisalat which lost 0.27%.
Meanwhile, the goods sector gained 0.10%, backed by Asmak which rose by 2.9%.
Turnover reached AED 8.28 million, after 3.23 million shares were traded through 139 transactions.
