Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) has announced the listing of Sawaeed Holding's shares on its Second Market with effect from Sunday, 25 October.
The trading on the shares of Sawaeed Holding outside the ADX will be suspended from the date of its listing on the Second Market, according to a press release on Monday.
In addition, any transactions outside the ADX on these shares following the listing will be considered as void.
It is noteworthy to mention that in 2018, Sawaeed Holding was established in Abu Dhabi to manage multi-investment companies across various sectors.
