UAE - Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) has reached an agreement for Borsa Istanbul to offer consultancy services in the field of information technologies to ADX.
The commercial agreement was signed during the visit of Turkey's President, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, to the UAE on 14 February, according to a recent press release.
Borsa Istanbul will enable ADX to establish and integrate systems, transfer data to the new platform, and adopt application and acceptance tests.
The Managing Director and CEO of ADX, Saeed Hamad Al Dhaheri, said: "Our network of partnerships make a valuable contribution to the “ADX One” strategy to be a market of choice for issuers and investors."
Meanwhile, the CEO of Borsa Istanbul, Korkmaz Ergun, commented: "To that end, this project is of utmost importance for us. In the upcoming periods, we aim to continue this type of cooperation by expanding it with different projects. Within this framework, we maintain our negotiations with different exchanges on various issues."
