Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) closed Tuesday’s trading session in positive territory, for the third time in a row, supported by the growth of the telecommunication and energy sectors.
The general index rose 0.18%, closing the mid-week session at 5,137.30 points, adding 9.21 points.
Ras Al Khaima Cement’s stock topped gainers with 5.87%, followed by Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank’s (ADIB) stock with 1.64%
Similarly, Etisalat’s stock rose 0.59%, while Dana Gas’s stock levelled up 0.56%.
The ADX’s trading volume reached 41.46 million shares exchanged with a turnover of AED 220.08 million through 1,599 transactions.
