Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The general index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) added 41.19 points, or 0.82%, to close at 5,068.81 points on Tuesday.
The real estate sector grew by 2.12%, while the telecom, banking, and energy sectors rose by 1.24%, 0.72%, and 0.68%, respectively.
Market capitalisation increased to AED 517.36 billion on Tuesday, compared to AED 513.25 billion in the previous session.
Taqa surged 5.56%, while Aldar Properties added 2.26%, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) gained 1.22%, and Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) grew by 1.21%.
The ADX’s trading volume hit 57.84 million shares, while the market’s liquidity reached AED 526.14 million.
