Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) saw a negative performance in the first trading session of the week on Sunday.
The main index fell 1.10% or 50.21 points to reach 4,500.72 points; its lowest level in 22 sessions.
The real estate sector went down 2.03% as RAK Properties, Aldar Properties, and Eshraq Properties sank 2.78%, 2.09%, and 1.10%, respectively.
The telecom sector lost 1.65% after Etisalat retreated 1.65%.
The bank sector decreased as Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) and First Abu Dhabi Bank fell 2.01% and 0.93%, respectively.
The energy sector went down 0.17% after Dana Gas tumbled 3.12%, disregarding the rise of TAQA by 14% to the stock's highest level in two months after generating AED 27.24 million from the exchange of 48.5 million shares.
