Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange’s (ADX) general index lost 82.9 points, or 1.67%, to close at 4,882.85 points on Monday.
Market capitalisation lost AED 7.283 billion to AED 485.932 billion.
The banks sector declined 2.16%, as Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) dropped 10% and First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) tumbled 2.16%.
The real estate sector declined 2.33%, as Aldar Properties sank 2.67% and RAK Properties fell 1.31%.
The energy sector shed 1.23% after Dana Gas went down 2.67% and Adnoc Distribution lost 1.72%.
The ADX’s trading volume reached 92 million shares, while the market’s liquidity hit AED 326.54 million.
