Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The net profits of ADNOC Logistics & Services (ADNOC L&S) rose by 5% to $420.38 million in the first half (H1) of 2025 from $401.38 million in H1-24.
The revenues hit $2.43 billion in H1-25, higher by 40% year-on-year (YoY) than $1.73 billion, according to the financial results.
ADNOC L&S reported a basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) amounting to $0.06 as of 30 June 2025, up from $0.05 in H1-24.
Financial Results for Q2-25
In the second quarter (Q2) of 2025, the profits grew by 14% to $235.84 million from $207.66 million in Q2-24.
Revenues jumped by 40% to $1.25 billion in April-June 2025 from $899.32 million, while basic and diluted EPS maintained its value at $0.03.
On a quarterly basis, the Q2-25 profits surged by 28% from $185 million in Q1-25, while the revenues climbed by 6% from $1.18 billion.

He added: “This record-breaking performance reflects ADNOC L&S’s continued outperformance of market expectations, driven by robust cash flows, strategic partnerships, and operational excellence.”
Meanwhile, the group maintained its progressive dividend policy, with a projected 2025 payout of $287 million (AED 1.05 billion).
