Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The board of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company for Distribution (ADNOC Distribution) will consider two transactions to acquire fuel distribution assets in Saudi Arabia in exchange for $8 million and $7.5 million, respectively.
During its meeting set to be held on 10 February, the board will propose to distribute cash dividends for the second half (H2) of 2020, the company disclosed to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) on Monday.
It is noteworthy to mention that in late December, the company entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 15 service stations in Saudi Arabia for AED 36.7 million.
