Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Financial Group (ADFG) and UK-based developer Northacre plan to develop The Broadway in Westminster, London, according to a statement.
The six-tower residential and commercial project in London provides views of landmarks like the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, the Big Ben, and Buckingham Palace.
The development is expected to be completed in 2021.
“The acquisition of the former headquarters of New Scotland Yard and our plans for The Broadway represents ADFG’s continued commitment to investing in unique and iconic developments in London," according to ADFG CEO Jassim Alseddiqi.
